- What is GroupWish?
- GroupWish is a group greeting card platform for companies. One person starts a card, everyone adds a message, photo or GIF through a single shared link, and the finished card is delivered to the recipient on a scheduled date. It works on the web, inside Slack, and through an AI assistant.
- How much does a group card cost?
- A single GroupWish card is A$3.49 with unlimited signers. Packs lower that to A$2.69 per card for 10, A$2.39 for 50 and A$1.99 for 100. Companies can instead take an unlimited-card team plan from A$25 a month for up to 50 employees.
- Is there a limit on how many people can sign a card?
- No. Every GroupWish card takes unlimited signers and unlimited messages on every plan, including the cheapest single card. Nobody needs an account to sign — they open the link, write their message, and it is laid out automatically.
- Can I create a group card from Slack?
- Yes. Install the GroupWish Slack app and type /groupwish in any channel to start a card. Teammates sign in the conversation without leaving Slack or creating an account, and the card link is posted for the channel to see.
- Can an AI assistant create a group card for me?
- Yes. GroupWish runs a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, Claude Code and Codex can browse templates, create a card, collect the signing link and add wishes on your behalf. Ask in plain language and the assistant runs the whole flow.
- How is GroupWish different from Kudoboard or GroupGreeting?
- GroupWish costs less per card than either, never caps the number of signers, and is the only one of the three you can drive from an AI assistant. Kudoboard limits posts to 20 on its cheapest board; GroupGreeting starts at US$5.99 a card.
- Do recipients need an account to view the card?
- No. The card opens in any browser from its link. Signers do not need accounts either — only the person creating the card does. Cards stay private and reachable only by link until you choose to deliver them.
